Web Sales and Customer Service Agent

We are looking for a Sales and Customer Service Call Agent to join our Business Development Center (BDC). If you are customer satisfaction-oriented and wish to play a key role in the customer experience, join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from potential buyers: by phone, text message, email, and Messenger, by providing basic information and redirecting specific questions to the sales advisors.
- Appointment management: Contact clients to schedule and confirm in-dealership appointments, whether for the sales department or after-sales service, to ensure a positive experience.
- Customer experience follow-up: Perform follow-ups after visits to ensure customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Internal collaboration: Work in synergy with the sales and after-sales departments for optimal coordination.
- Continuous improvement: Identify and implement solutions to optimize customer service.
Qualifications required:
- Excellent bilingual communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proven leadership with a positive and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with different departments.
Job details:
- Job type: Full-time, permanent
- Salary: Starting at $35,000.00 per year + bonus
- Benefits: Disability insurance, life insurance, VRSP
- Schedule: Be available until 6:30 p.m. on weekday evenings from Monday to Thursday, and during the day on Saturdays.
