We are looking for a Warranty Claims Manager to join our dynamic and professional team at our well-established dealership.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all warranty claims with our manufacturers for mechanical work performed on our customers' vehicles.
- Review and analyze customers' repair orders before submitting claims.
- Communicate with manufacturers to obtain necessary authorizations and resolve any warranty-related issues.
- Closely monitor the progress of customer warranty reimbursement requests.
- Keep warranty claims reports up to date for optimal tracking.
- Collaborate closely with the after-sales service departments to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar position in the automotive industry.
- Solid knowledge of warranty claim processes and automotive repair practices.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases simultaneously with precision.
- Full-time, permanent position.
