- Support the Technical Advisors team: Collaborate with the technical advisors and sales team.
- Schedule appointments: Organize and confirm appointments for the service and sales departments.
- Assist with various administrative tasks: Help ensure the smooth operation of the service and sales departments.
- Support the BDC team during high call volumes: Assist the call management team for the sales department.
