We are looking for a candidate for a hybrid position as Parts Clerk and Service Advisor to join our well-established dealership. A key role that combines customer service, parts management, and technical support within a dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers.
- Manage appointments and ensure diligent follow-ups with clients.
- Prepare estimates for recommended repairs and maintenance.
- Keep customer records and vehicle history up to date.
- Assist technicians and answer phone inquiries.
- Manage parts, accessories, tires, and supplies.
- Advise customers on products and services that best meet their needs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a service advisor or parts clerk is a strong asset.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivation, willingness to learn, and eagerness to get involved.
- Good visual acuity and physical condition.
- Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license.
